Returns & Warranty

Montvar Golf is committed to the quality of every cover we manufacture, and we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges of eligible, unused items within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. Please read this policy in full before requesting a return.

Return eligibility

• All returns and exchanges require prior return authorization from Montvar Golf. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging in which you received them.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for every request.
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items returned, or requests made, after this window will not be accepted.
• Refunds and exchanges are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets these criteria. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of use, wear, damage, odor, or alteration.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@montvargolf.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll review your request and, if eligible, reply with return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided, in its original condition and packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less any original shipping & handling charges, which are non-refundable.
• If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, store credit of equal value will be issued instead.
• If your item was purchased with a discount or promotional code, your refund will reflect the actual price paid, not the full retail price.
• Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.
• Items returned damaged, used, or without authorization are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.

Items not eligible for return

Custom, personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-specific-request items are produced uniquely for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect (see Warranty). Gift cards and store credit are also non-refundable.

Limited warranty

• Montvar Golf products carry a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects only, beginning on the delivery date.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging or patina, improper care or cleaning, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by use on equipment the product was not designed to fit.
• If you believe you have a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can determine the cause. Where a defect is confirmed, the remedy — repair, replacement, or store credit — is provided at Montvar Golf's discretion.
• Quality concerns raised after 90 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

General

Montvar Golf reserves the right to update or amend this Returns & Warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
